A leading global beverage producer and distributor had ambitious growth plans, but strained working relationships were holding them back. They partnered with Luminary for constructive conversations, to find shared ground and embed new ways of working that would deliver the outcomes they wanted.

The approach

We designed a two-phase programme to rebuild connection, align perspectives and create a practical path forward:
 

  • Conducting 1:1 conversations with senior stakeholders to understand goals, concerns, and priorities

  • Identifying friction points and areas of shared interest across teams

  • Facilitating online sessions to rebuild connection, clarify shared vision, and align on current challenges

  • Co-creating practical ways of working, including roles, responsibilities, communication principles and governance

  • Reviewing progress and alignment at each stage to get ready to move forward together.
