Founder and lead consultant

Lu understands the cultures and practices that can make or break a business, the barriers that stifle productivity, and the simple yet powerful strategies that enable people to thrive.

Lu is a communication and engagement expert and leadership coach, specialising in strategy, vision, and purpose. Her work helps organisations unlock the potential of their most valuable asset - their people.

With over fifteen years of experience across both in-house roles and consultancy, Lu has led teams in delivering thousands of projects for some of the world’s leading organisations.

Dr Alex Gapud

Social anthropologist

Dr Alex has worked with some of the UK’s leading brands, including FTSE100 companies, Big Four and MBB consultancies and a range of other organisations, where he has designed, led and conducted employee research. His qualitative insights work has informed internal communications audits, team and organisational culture as well as award-winning employee value propositions.

Dr Alex is a pioneer in applying anthropological theory and methods to the world of work to transform employee experience and accelerate employee engagement to create workplace cultures where people feel a sense of connection and belonging.​​​

Associate creative director

As a creative leader, Tony has guided teams producing a diverse range of work across print and digital;  including film, animation, infographics, illustrations, digital publications, websites, ambient media, presentations and podcasts. â€‹â€‹

Tony builds strong client relationships based on trust and collaboration, confidently developing concepts and ideas for a range of audiences.

Tony has served as a brand ambassador for major corporations such as De Beers, Vodafone, and eBay, as well as working with government clients like the Home Office and the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).
